3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. Digimax retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifically prevents this. We do not claim ownership of any client-provided raw assets.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence and employ data-driven strategies, Digimax cannot guarantee specific financial results or organic search rankings due to the dynamic nature of algorithms and market conditions. Digimax shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
